▶ Aims and Scope
The main purpose of Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Materials (Trans. Electr. Electron. Mater. : TEEM) is to provide an open forum to report and share significant new findings on electrical and electronic materials for the materials research communities.
The topics covered by the journal include but not limited to new semiconductor materials and devices, electronic ceramics, electrical insulation materials, thin film devices/sensors, display/optical devices, superconducting magnetic materials and devices, nanomaterials and nanodevices, and photovoltaic materials and devices.
Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Materials enables professionals in research and industry to keep track of up-to-date developments in the above-mentioned fields and their importance for future developments and success.

Each archival article published is assigned a unique DOI that serves to identify the article in a digital environment. In print, the DOI appears at the top of each article.

Manuscript submission: Manuscripts can be submitted through the on-line peer review system, ONPCS, after processing registration. Authors can submit a cover letter, manuscript file, illustration files, and any supplemental files via the Authors Home Page or Submit Manuscript in TEEM (http://www.transeem.org). The original figures must be in the final published size, not oversized.
Ethics and Responsibilities of authors: All submitted manuscripts should be original and should not be considered by any other scientific journal for publication at the same time. No part of the accepted manuscript should be duplicated in any other scientific journal without the permission of the Editorial Board. For the policies on research and publication ethics that are not stated in these instructions, the Statement of Ethics & Responsibilities in the Publication of Research (http://www.transeem.org) can be applied.
Instructions for Manuscript Preparation: TEEM publishes Regular Papers, Review Papers, and Letters to the Editor. Any researcher throughout the world can submit a manuscript if the scope of the manuscript is appropriate. Manuscripts should be submitted in English. Regular papers: Regular Papers fully describe original research. Review papers: Invited or submitted Review Papers are accepted. A Review Paper reviews a specific topic, is included in a regular issue of the journal and has the same sequence as a regular paper. Letters to the Editor: Comments on previously published articles or on other subjects of importance in EE materials may be submitted.
Manuscript Preparation Checklist:
The manuscript must be written by English and submitted in MS Word format.
The manuscript can be written in the journal template form.
Type references in the style used by this journal.
