- ▶ About the Journal
JEES (Journal of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science) was launched in 2001 and has been published every quarter since 2003. It was selected as a candidate journal to be registered with National Research Foundation of Korea and finally registered with the Foundation in 2007. For a relatively short period of 10 years, about 400 excellent English papers have been published by our journal. JEES has posted papers largely on profound research of antennas, microwave engineering, radio wave propagation and electromagnetic wave analysis methods, and its fields of contributed papers have been expanded into diverse areas such as antennas, passive circuits, active circuits, wireless communication theories and systems, communication signal processing, radio resource management and broadcasting & communication policy, electromagnetic field theory and numerical analysis of electromagnetic field, electromagnetic compatibility/electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic wave materials (absorbers), radar and radio application and electromagnetic scattering and imaging.
Since 2010, JEES has encouraged contributions from authors whose papers were recommended as excellent papers by international academic conference heads and posted their papers in featured sessions, invited Japanese guest editors and annually published a special issue on specific topics.
▶ Aims and Scope
JEES is an official English journal of the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic and Science. The objective of JEES is to publish academic as well as industrial research results and foundings on electromagnetic engineering and science. In particular, electromagnetic field theory and its applications, high frequency components, circuits, antennas, and systems, electromagnetic wave environment, and relevant industrial developments are in the scope of the Journal. With the Journal researches on electromagnetic wave-related engineering and sciences will be nourished, and ultimately contributed to improve the welfare of the human race and national development.
